Our courses were developed by a licensed Registered nurse with 6 years medical training and a licensed cosmetic tattoo artist with 29 years in the cosmetic industry (16 years cosmetic tattooing). They have merged their love, knowledge and skill of aesthetics with the art of permanent makeup!
In recent years, permanent makeup (PMU) has taken the beauty world by storm. As a result, our professional & talented team have recently started sharing their knowledge with those who want to learn these PMU techniques. Our comprehensive hands on instructor led training takes you through the each process step by step: from marketing and client consultation to flawless application.
Trained & certified by the world renowned PHI Academy & recognized as a master assistant for thousands of students for Beauty Angels Academy, Master Leidy Almanza has a strong passion for teaching and helping others discover their talent. She has made it her mission to properly educate and give others the confidence to pursue a career in this industry.
The Glam Institute, along with Blueberrys Academy will partner up & be offering courses for the following: microblading/shading, ombre brows, powder brows, permanent eyeliner, aquarelle lips, eyebrow design, eyebrow lamination, eyelash extensions, makeup application & more!
Classes will vary & will be announced on a month by month basis. With limited availability and space, those interested will be given enough time to reserve a seat with us! Classes will most likely be two days, one day of theory & another day of hands-on training.
No experience or prior training is required in order to participate in these courses. They are beginner courses (unless stated otherwise) designed to introduce you to the world of beauty so that you may become a working artist. The rules and regulations for this course is taught according to Florida state. Our courses are simply certifications to get you started. If a license is necessary (such as cosmetology), you will need to attend a “school” to be licensed.
